Renovation of Krupskaya Street started in Krasnoyarsk

The renovation of Krupskaya Street has started in Krasnoyarsk. The work will take place on a 1.13 km long section from Vysotnaya Street, 27 to Zabobonov Street, 4, the press service of the Mayor's office reports.

At the moment, experts are removing the side stone and planning a place for the base of the sidewalk. Traffic was restricted in one of the lanes.

Road workers will have to upgrade the roadway surface, replace old curbs, upgrade sidewalks and restore missing pedestrian connections.

There are also plans to create an unregulated pedestrian crossing. It will be placed opposite the Main Bureau of Medical and Social Expertise in the region.

Repairs are being carried out as part of the national project "Infrastructure for Life," writes KrasnoyarskMedia news agency. In total, in 2026, it is planned to upgrade 25 road sections for 1.5 billion rubles.

Earlier it was reported that the traffic pattern at the Kalinin Street roundabout will change in Krasnoyarsk. A traffic light will be installed there.
