The new route will open on the Bolshaya Sevastopolskaya trail.

The development of the Great Sevastopol Trail continues in Sevastopol. The route is considered one of the key ones for active tourism, the press service of the regional government reports.

The total length of the trail is about 250 km. Travelers have access to eight main and 12 additional directionsq with navigation and recreation areas, writes IA SevastopolMedia.

According to Sevprirodnadzor, extensive infrastructure maintenance has been carried out on the route over the past year. Navigation, entrance groups and camping areas have been updated, and tick treatment has been carried out.

In the current 2026, information signs on routes No. 2-5 from Laspin Pass to Goristy will be put in order and two parking lots will be equipped — "Ayazma Verkhnyaya" and "Laspi".

It is also planned to improve three viewing platforms: on the Chelebi-Yaurn-Beli mountain, in front of the Karadagsky Forest gully and above the Uzundzha River.

By May 9, a new section of the Bolshaya Sevastopolskaya Trail will open in the area of the village of Morozovka, which has been named the Trail of Memory. The historical and patriotic route is dedicated to the events of the Great Patriotic War and is connected with the actions of the Sevastopol partisan detachment.

Earlier it was reported that a large-scale tourist route "Golden Ring of the Bosporan Kingdom" is being launched in Crimea. This is a joint project of Crimea, Krasnodar Territory and Sevastopol.
