On May 5, Medialogia summed up the results of the Russian series rating for the first quarter of 2026.

Thus, the final season of "Stranger Things" became the absolute leader with 15,948 points, taking 10.7% of the quarterly TOP 100. Russian content made up the majority — 61 projects out of 100 and 55.9% of the total index. On-air premieres provided more than 80% of the weight of Russian TV series. The TOP 5 Russian series ratings for the first quarter included: "Very Strange Cases" (15,948 points), "Lilies of the Valley" (8,829 points), "First Division" (7,745 points), "Magic Battle" (6,419 points) and "Sled" (3,563 points).

The TOP 100 for the first quarter included Russian projects (55.9%) and foreign projects (44.1%). By type of content, the TOP 100 includes 91 TV series (90.7% of the index), five anime (7.3%) and four animated series (2.0%). According to the age of the projects, franchises and sequels (starting before 2025) can be distinguished — 69.5%, as well as premieres in 2025-2026 — 30.5%.

The following trends in the Russian rating of TV series for the first quarter can be distinguished: January is the only month in which foreign series outperformed Russian series in the TOP 30 in terms of the number of points due to the finale of "Very Strange Cases". After the New Year holidays, Russian content began to prevail in the rating. On March 5, two premiere Russian projects of 2026 entered the TOP 5 - "Prince Andrew" (1,607 points) and "Novaya Zemlya" (1,341 points). Anime topped the month's TOP for the first time in the quarter — "Magic Battle" became No. 1 in March.

The final season of "Very Strange Cases" collected 10,304 RRS points, which is 25.4% of the total January TOP 30, the absolute maximum of the quarter. By March, premiere projects account for almost a third of the monthly top, compared with a fifth in January — the market "opens the season." The share of projects with TV broadcasting among the Russian content in the TOP 30 increased to 100% in March. There was not a single Russian digital exclusive in the March TOP 30.
