In Russia, the rules for passing driver's license exams have been changed
The Russian government has changed the rules for passing driver's license exams for citizens. This was announced on Monday, May 4, according to official documents of the Cabinet of Ministers.
According to RIA Novosti, changes are being made to the procedure for conducting examinations for the right to drive vehicles and issuing driver's licenses.
According to the updated rules, the practical exam must now be scheduled no later than 60 days after the successful completion of the theoretical part.
Prior to the adoption of these amendments, candidates for drivers were given up to six months to complete their internship after passing the theory. The current adjustments are aimed at reducing this interval.
Back in February, it became known that a proposal was being considered in Russia to reduce the deadline for passing the practical driving license exam from six months to 60 days. It was noted that this measure could avoid delaying the deadline for retaking the exam.
