On May 5, the governor of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, Ruslan Kukharuk, announced that a missile danger regime had been declared on the territory of Yugra.

"Responsible services and departments have been put on high alert and are taking all necessary measures to ensure security," the Telegram channel said in a statement.
