The Prosecutor General's Office demanded that Vadim Moshkovich, the founder of the Rusagro agricultural holding, be stripped of a townhouse with an area of more than 477 square meters. m in the residential complex "Three Poplars", a country house in the Moscow region, securities and savings worth 14 billion rubles. According to the source, 469 million Rusagro shares worth about 1.5 billion rubles can also be converted into state revenue. The Khamovnicheskiy District Court of Moscow will begin considering the claim on May 5.

The townhouse, which, according to the source, appears in the lawsuit, is registered to the businessman's wife Natalia Bykovskaya. Judging by the address and square footage, the object is located in the premium residential complex "Three Poplars" in Khamovniki.
