Matt Quinn, Deputy Director of the US Secret Service, announced at a press conference on May 4 that a minor had been injured in a shooting at the White House.

"The suspect hit a minor passerby. The child <...> did not suffer life—threatening injuries, but is being treated in the hospital," Fox News channel quoted Quinn as saying.
