Putin sent the agreement on migration with Tajikistan to the State Duma for ratification

On May 4, Russian President Vladimir Putin sent to the State Duma for ratification an agreement with Tajikistan concerning the status of representative offices of bodies responsible for internal affairs and migration. The document is posted in the database of bills of the State Duma.

"The draft federal law proposes to ratify the agreement between the Russian Federation (RF) and the Republic of Tajikistan on the legal status of representative offices of competent authorities for internal affairs and migration in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan, signed in Dushanbe on October 9, 2025," the explanatory note says.
