A suspect in a hit-and-run in Leipzig has been detained

The driver suspected of hitting residents of Leipzig, Germany, has been detained, and there is no longer any threat to lives. This was reported by the local police on May 4.

"A car hit several people on Grimmaishstrasse and fled the scene. The driver has been arrested and no longer poses a threat," the police wrote on the social network X (ex. Twitter).
