Izvestia newspaper became the leader of the Medialogia rating in March

In March, Izvestia newspaper once again confirmed its leadership among the print media in Russia.

Izvestia topped the TOP 10 most quoted federal print media. The citation index of the publication in April was 2,231.32. Kommersant newspaper is on the second line of the rating (CI: 1,991.97), and Rossiyskaya Gazeta took the third place (CI: 970.56).

"The leader of the rating in March among newspapers is Izvestia," the report says. Izvestia published an interview with Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation. Izvestia also reported that the Russian Ministry of Transport and the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) are working on limiting the maximum size of the boost factor for taxi rides during bad weather.

When calculating the rating, Russian federal media were taken into account, as well as online resources that cover federal and regional events.
