Descriptions of the SPIEF 2026 business program sessions have been published
An expanded business program has been published on the official website of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, which will be held from June 3-6.
This year, the Forum's program is built around the formation of a new model of global development in the context of the transformation of the global economy. The architecture of SPIEF 2026 reflects the transition to a multipolar system of international relations and the need to find balanced solutions in the face of increasing turbulence. The main theme is "Pragmatic dialogue is the way to a stable future."
"The SPIEF 2026 business program reflects the key changes taking place in the global economy and international relations. Today, a pragmatic dialogue aimed at finding solutions capable of ensuring sustainable development in the context of global transformation is of particular importance. The Forum traditionally serves as a platform where new approaches to cooperation are formed and initiatives are launched that define the economic agenda for the years ahead.
The program brings together more than 150 sessions, grouped by thematic areas: from the global and Russian economy to technological leadership, the social agenda and the development of an environment for life. Special attention is paid to the formats of practical dialogue – business breakfasts and international business dialogues with key countries and regions," said Anton Kobyakov, Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation and Executive Secretary of the SPIEF Organizing Committee.
Within the framework of the track "Global Economy: between confrontation and cooperation", participants will discuss the transformation of global markets, investment strategies and new formats of international partnership. Key topics include the architecture of the future financial system, trade development, technological cooperation, and the role of business in international development.
The track "Russian Economy: structural changes to return to the growth trajectory" focuses on the search for a new model of economic development. The focus is on industrial policy, investments, long–term financial instruments, as well as the role of entrepreneurship as a driver of sustainable growth.
The human-centric approach: a New Paradigm and Development Technologies focuses on demography, the labor market, and education.
The track "Environment for life: new technologies — new quality" is dedicated to the sustainable development of territories, the economy of heritage and the formation of a comfortable environment.
The "Technologies defining the Future" agenda combines the themes of artificial intelligence, robotics, digital sovereignty and the transformation of human, state and business interaction.
