The verdict against Mikhail Pichugin, who survived a two-month drift in the Sea of Okhotsk, has officially entered into force. The completion of the appeal procedure was announced on May 4 in the Oktyabrsky District Court of Ulan-Ude.

"Yes, the verdict [against Pichugin] has entered into force," the court confirmed to TASS.
