The air defense system repelled an attack by two unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) flying towards Moscow. This was announced on May 4 by Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.

"The attack by two drones flying to Moscow was repelled by the air defense forces of the Ministry of Defense," he wrote on the Maks messenger.
