The journalist announced the possible involvement of civilians to undermine the Nord Streams

The organizers of the terrorist attacks on the Nord Stream gas pipelines involved civilians in carrying out sabotage. This became known on May 4 from the investigative book "The Nord Stream Bombing: the True Story of the Sabotage that Rocked Europe" by The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) correspondent Bojan Pancevski.

It is noted that Roman Chervinsky, a former employee of the Ukrainian special services, who is one of the organizers of the bombing, on his own initiative included a woman named "Freya" in a group of civilian divers. As Polanski noted, Valeria Chernysheva, the record holder for deep-sea diving among women in Ukraine, could have been her.

The presence of civilians on board the vessel could be an element of cover, since the movement of a small vessel, the yacht Andromeda, in the Baltic Sea could arouse suspicion. Legends were also prepared in advance, which the organizers could use to explain the group's presence at sea.
