Rescuers are manually dismantling the rubble, and special equipment is being used to protect work participants at the site of the collapse at the Kadykchansky coal mine in the Magadan region. To date, 15 thousand cubic meters of rock have been removed from the scene. This was announced on May 4 by the governor of the region Sergey Nosov.

"Mining rescue units are analyzing the rock with hand tools. Heavy machinery is used to ensure the safety of the forces and facilities involved. Since the beginning of the operation, 15 thousand cubic meters of rock have been removed," the publication says in the Maks messenger.
