One drone flying to Moscow was shot down. This was announced on May 3 by the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, in his channel in the Maks messenger.

The new ground control system allows drones to operate at a distance of up to 70 kilometers and protects operators from detection.

On the same day, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that during the night, the air defense forces destroyed 334 Ukrainian drones over the territory of Russia. It was noted that the drones were aircraft-type.
