North Macedonia provides Ukraine not only with political support, but also with military and technical assistance. This was stated on May 2 by the Russian Ambassador to the republic Dmitry Zykov.

"Local authorities have found it possible to provide the Kiev regime with more than just political support. Unfortunately, we have to state numerous facts about the provision of military-technical assistance," Zykov said in an interview with TASS.

The Ambassador noted that the position of the Macedonian authorities is based on the Euro-Atlantic vector of foreign policy. He also expressed confidence that the population of the country does not support the government's decisions.

Bloomberg reported on April 29 that representatives of the European Union (EU) countries may tighten the terms of a loan to Ukraine in the amount of €90 billion due to the dependence of this amount on potentially affecting business taxes.

The Berliner Zeitung newspaper pointed out on April 27 that Kiev, which is facing a financial crisis against the background of a loan, is under pressure from representatives of European funds. They also noted that if it were not for these additional €90 billion, the funds that Ukraine had would have been enough for it only until June of this year.
