United Russia presents initiatives to modernize healthcare

Proposals for modernizing the healthcare sector were presented at the United Russia forum "There is a result!" in St. Petersburg, which was visited by party Chairman Dmitry Medvedev. This was reported on the party's website on May 2.

Among the key initiatives is the launch of the national digital platform "Health" and the introduction of a single electronic patient card. These tools will expand the possibilities of remote health monitoring and ensure monitoring of children's condition.

Major renovation of the medical infrastructure is also planned: construction of new and repair of existing polyclinics, hospitals and clinics, especially in new regions, rural areas and small towns.
