In April, the North group of forces destroyed more than 120 Starlink stations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Kharkiv region. This was announced on May 2 by the head of the department of planning and countering unmanned systems with the call sign Karta.

"The satellite system was used by the enemy to provide the units with an Internet connection and communication with control points," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

According to him, the failure of Starlink systems helped disrupt communication and interaction between enemy units, and in some areas completely left them without communication with the command.

On the same day, the Russian army established control over the settlement of Miropole in Sumy region. In addition, Ukrainian militants lost two electronic warfare stations, 16 vehicles and up to 250 soldiers in this area.
