For a reliable settlement of the conflict in Ukraine, it is necessary that all NATO countries abandon their desire to inflict a strategic defeat on Russia and infringe on its interests. Andrei Belousov, Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry and head of the Russian delegation to the Review Conference on the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT), recalled this on May 2.
