On Friday, May 1, a museum opened in Moscow's Zaryadye Park, featuring 50 wax figures of prominent Russian figures who have left their mark on history. Visitors will be able to see rulers, famous directors, ballet dancers, writers, cosmonauts, athletes and others there. The footage is published by Izvestia.

A group of seven specialists participated in the development of each of the characters. They worked on the sculptures manually for over a month and a half. During this time, hair for hairstyles, eyebrows, and eyelashes was created for the statues, among other things.

A separate department worked on the poses of the exhibits, whose representatives were required by the position of a particular historical figure to show his character and convey the existing features.

Evgenia Zakharova, the head of the plastic makeup studio, told Izvestia about the exhibition, noting that the most difficult thing for the specialists was to create the image of the Russian poetess Marina Tsvetaeva. This was due to the fact that there are not enough photographs of her in the world.

"The eyes were one of the most difficult, because all the photos are black and white, it's impossible to tell from a black and white photo what color a person's eyes are. And we found information where her friend wrote her a letter where she pointed out that she had eyes the color of vines. And we decided that these would be green eyes," she said.

On April 24, the National Center (NC) "Russia" opened an exhibition called "Geography Lessons", which will be held until July 9. Timur Tatyanchenko, a member of the Presidium of the Russian Geological Society and a member of the expert council of the Committee on Agrarian and Food Policy and Environmental Management of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, who attended the event, said that visitors would be able to replenish their knowledge base when viewing the exhibits. Unique maps, ancient atlases and modern images of the Earth taken from orbit are demonstrated in the halls.
