On May 1, Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico worked a night shift as a loader delivering bread to shops and hospitals in honor of Labor Day.

He participated in the loading and unloading of a van that delivered bread and pastries to wholesale customers, including the city of Nova Dubnica. It is specified that Fico has been doing such work for free for several years in honor of the holiday.

On the night of May 1, Fico announced that he would spend the night as an assistant to a bakery delivery driver on the night shift. As Fico noted, he will work with the driver all night. The politician promised to take on all the physical work related to food delivery.
