Air defense systems have destroyed two Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over the Smolensk region. This was announced on May 1 by the governor of the region Vasily Anokhin.

"Dear Smolyans, two Ukrainian drones have been destroyed by the air defense forces of the Russian Ministry of Defense in the Smolensk region," he wrote on the Maks messenger.
