- The prisoner of the Armed Forces of Ukraine spoke about the shortage of personnel in all structures
On May 1, a captured militant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), Mykola German, spoke about the shortage of personnel in all structures.
"There are not enough people in all structures. Because they squandered people. <...> Somewhere recently in Ivano-Frankivsk there was a collapse with garbage. Because the reservation was not extended. <...> And so it is at every level," Herman explained in an interview with RIA Novosti.
The need to increase the number of people in repair teams and housing and communal services is emphasized.
"In the booking system at that level, those who have access to it, they book their people for money. And it's just listed on paper. And there he rides himself on the seas, on the oceans, resting. And the same three people are working again, <...> who are no longer suitable for age," the prisoner of war explained.
Captured Ukrainian militant Dmitry Semera reported on March 7 that the Ukrainian Armed Forces units were facing an acute shortage of soldiers on the line of contact. He added that he had taken over the post with 500 rounds of ammunition and several bags of food.
