A powerful wind blew down six trees in Lipetsk

Six trees have fallen in Lipetsk since the beginning of the week. Rescuers from the city department for Civil Defense and Emergency situations went to sawdust, the press service of the organization reported on Thursday, April 30.

Trees collapsed on the roadway and sidewalks of 8 Marta, Poletaeva, Nedelina, Filipchenko, Gagarin streets and in the village of Novaya Zhizn.

According to GOROD48, the consequences of the strong wind were promptly eliminated by specialists.

Two days earlier, it was reported that a traffic light fell on an elderly couple in Lipetsk due to a powerful gust of wind. The townspeople received various injuries.
