A Pskov woman stole food from a store for an evening with a man

A resident of Pskov was convicted of stealing groceries from a store. She took a criminal step for the sake of dating a man, the press service of the city prosecutor's office reported on Thursday, April 30.

Law enforcement officers established that in October 2025, a woman was walking along the city streets and met a young man, the Pskov News feed writes.

A new acquaintance suggested that she go to one of the shops and steal food, so that after a pleasant end to the evening together. The townswoman agreed to the offer, as a result of which the couple stole products worth more than 5 thousand rubles.

Taking into account the position of the state prosecutor, taking into account the information about the defendant's identity, the court appointed her six months of correctional labor with a deduction of 5% from wages to state income.
