The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation referred the case of the head of the IC Avtodor Shaidullin to the Moscow court.

The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation has referred to the Butyrsky Court of Moscow a criminal case against Ramil Shaidullin, the head of the Avtodor construction company, accused of embezzling property worth over 18 billion rubles. This was reported on the instance's website on April 30.

"The Russian Armed Forces has determined to change the territorial jurisdiction and transferred the criminal case for consideration to the Butyrsky District Court of Moscow," the material says.
