Lyudmila Parshina, a leading specialist at the Hydrometeorological Center, reported on April 29 that a cyclone brings clouds, precipitation and wind at different times of the year, while an anticyclone usually provides clear and dry weather. She clarified that cyclones and anticyclones are large-scale atmospheric vortices that have a significant impact on weather conditions throughout the year. Their effect is determined by the peculiarities of air circulation, atmospheric pressure and moisture condensation processes.
