Medvedev called the EU leaders destructive and narrow-minded people
The European Union (EU) is led by destructive people who easily destroy what has been created for decades since the union was founded. This was announced on Thursday, April 30, by Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, during a speech at the Znanie educational marathon. The first ones."
"Now Europe, the European Union is led by idiots. They are just idiots who are destroying what has been done in the decades since the transformation of the European Union from a union of coal and steel into a modern European Union. These are absolutely destructive, narrow—minded people," he said.
Medvedev stressed that European politicians, among other things, are also stubborn people who have embarked on a "dangerous path." Based on this, he pointed to the "deep furrow" that has formed between Russia and the EU and called the existing level of relations between the parties "monstrous."
Expressing regret over what is happening, the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation stressed that the existing existential conflict is unlikely to be resolved "even during the lifetime of a generation."
On the same day, Medvedev did not rule out the possibility of a "nuclear apocalypse", the onset of which he would not like. Commenting on the development of relations between the United States and the EU, he urged Russians to "stock up on popcorn" in preparation for the spectacles.
The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, a day earlier, describing the activities of politicians from Europe, recalled the work "The Heart of a Dog" by Russian writer Mikhail Bulgakov. So, she called the statements of the figures from the association "monstrous sharikovism."
