The head of the European Commission (EC), Ursula von der Leyen, during a meeting with the new Hungarian Prime Minister Peter Magyar, announced to him the conditions necessary for unblocking funds frozen by the European Union (EU) for Budapest. On April 29, she wrote about this on the social network X (ex. Twitter).

"I had a very successful exchange with Peter Magyar in Brussels today. We discussed the necessary steps to release EU funds destined for Hungary," the publication says.
