The unbearable temperature conditions on the surface of Venus will not allow sending a manned mission to this planet. This was announced on April 30 by the chief researcher, head of the scientific direction "Space Biology" of the Institute of Biomedical Problems (IMBP). RAN Vladimir Sychev.
"What is Venus? Venus is 400 degrees on the surface. And in the atmosphere at an altitude of 60 km, about 40-60 degrees," he told RIA Novosti.
