Analysts named the jobs with the highest salaries in Russia

In March–April, the highest salary offers in Russia were received by an orthopedic dentist in Irkutsk and a construction project manager in Moscow - from 500 thousand rubles per month. Such results were shown by an analysis of the vacancy database, which was conducted on April 30 by SuperJob.

"Full-time vacancies in March-April 2026 with high salary offers: orthopedic dentist, Irkutsk — from 500 thousand rubles per month, construction project manager, Moscow — from 500 thousand rubles per month," SuperJob told RIA Novosti.

It is noted that applicants for the position of consulting implantologist in Ufa also had high salary offers - from 400 thousand rubles per month, and a Python developer in Moscow was offered from 350 to 500 thousand rubles per month.

There is a big difference between the regions now, and the lowest salaries for doctors are in the North Caucasus.

Alexey Chekunkov, the Russian Minister for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic, announced on April 29 that the average salary in the Arctic regions of Russia had reached 153 thousand rubles. He explained that this value is an average, since in some areas of the Arctic economy wages can be "many times higher." He mentioned oil and gas production and the mining industry among such areas.
