Vladimir Putin meets with Ramzan Kadyrov

Russian President Vladimir Putin met with Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov on April 29. The meeting took place in the Kremlin.

According to Vesti, during the meeting, the head of Chechnya informed Putin about the current state of the socio‑economic sphere of the region and the preparations for the upcoming elections in the Republic. The President highly appreciated the effectiveness of the measures taken by the Chechen leadership to eliminate the consequences of natural disasters.
