- 725 teams reached the final of the Presidential Foundation for Cultural Initiatives competition.
On April 29, the results of the grant competition of the Presidential Foundation for Cultural Initiatives (PFCI) were summed up in Moscow. Out of 9,000 creative teams, more than 700 made it to the finals — organizers of festivals, theaters and art spaces, musicians, dancers and animators. The most worthy ideas will receive government support.
"For the second competition in 2026, dear colleagues, the expert council proposes to distribute 4.166 billion rubles. If the decision of the expert council is supported, these are 725 projects that have passed this passing mark according to experts," said Sergey Kiriyenko, First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation.
This is the 16th competition held by the Presidential Foundation for Cultural Initiatives. It was established five years ago, and over the years, 100 billion rubles have been allocated to support the best creative projects.
On April 17, Kiriyenko met with the participants of the Big Change contest at the Rossiya National Center. According to him, the very first winners of the project have already graduated from universities and are now trying their hand at managerial personnel competitions in various large-scale projects in our country. Big Change is the flagship project of the Movement of the First, which is part of the presidential platform "Russia — the Land of Opportunities."
