Vitaly Mutko, CEO of DOM.RF, and Kazbek Kokov, head of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, signed a cooperation agreement on the sidelines of the Caucasian Investment Forum, the press service of DOM.RF reported.
The document provides for the joint implementation of projects within the framework of preferential leasing programs for municipal and road construction equipment operated by DOM.RF. The Kabardino-Balkarian Republic plans to purchase backhoe loaders, front loaders and other types of equipment as part of the project.
"Interest in the preferential leasing program is growing: it has already shown its relevance in four regions of the North Caucasus Federal District, and today the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic is announced to participate. Our cooperation with the region will allow attracting new investments into the economy of the CBD, making equipment upgrades available to the region at a discounted rate. Ultimately, this will contribute to improving the quality of the urban environment for citizens," said the CEO of DOM.Russian Federation Vitaly Mutko.
"I would like to take this opportunity to thank the management of the joint-stock company for their support in the implementation of the breakthrough project for the integrated development of the residential district "MEI". 8 houses with a total area of 244.3 thousand square meters were put into operation. The volume of investments amounted to 12.4 billion rubles. Today's agreement will make it possible to modernize the fleet of special equipment of the housing and communal complex in the municipalities of the republic, the need for it for the current year is 46 units. The development of this area will be another significant contribution to the economy of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic," commented Kazbek Kokov, Head of the CBD.
