Volkswagen unveils a new generation Polo hatchback
Volkswagen is launching the seventh generation Polo hatchback on the European market. Unlike its predecessors, whose total sales exceeded 20 million units, the new ID model. The ID. Polo became the first production model to be fully developed in accordance with the Volkswagen Pure Positive style of chief designer Marc Andreas Mindt. ID length. Compared to the Polo with an internal combustion engine, the trunk volume has been increased from 351 to 441 liters, and with the rear seats folded, it is 1243 liters (for a regular Polo, 1125 liters).
The interior of the novelty has a 10-inch digital dashboard and a 13-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Physical buttons are responsible for controlling the climate control system — this approach has been applied to switches throughout the interior after criticism of touch-sensitive ones from customers. A special feature of the digital "dashboard" is the retro design of the display in the style of the first-generation Volkswagen Golf.

The model's equipment list includes diode headlights, adaptive cruise control, rear-view camera, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless smartphone charging, dual-zone climate control, Harman Kardon audio system, panoramic glass roof and front seats with massage functions.
