Tourist flow to the Krasnoyarsk Territory increased by 10%
The tourist flow in the Krasnoyarsk Territory has increased by 10% over the past year. It amounted to 1.4 million people. The volume of paid services in 2025 exceeded 14.5 billion rubles.
These are the results of the regional Tourism Development program. Its implementation was discussed by deputies of the Committee on Sports, Youth Policy, Tourism and Social Environment Development of the Legislative Assembly during a visit to the Mansko-Uyarsky district.
The parliamentarians visited the site of the author's song festival "Vysotsky and Siberia", near the village of Narva on the banks of the Mana River. Events have been held there for 25 years, but after the construction of a highway nearby, the festival is no longer held for security reasons. The deputies came to the conclusion that an alternative site could be placed on the banks of the Mana River.
During an inspection of the Narvia Eco-Hotel recreation center, lawmakers talked about subsidies for entrepreneurs. So, in the framework of the national project "Tourism and the Hospitality Industry" in 2023, 11 projects received state support. The total amount of subsidies exceeded 37 million rubles. Of this amount, 13.5 million rubles were allocated from the federal budget. The Narvia Glamping Park project in the village of Narva was among the winners.
According to the head of the committee, Alexander Novikov, quoted by KrasnoyarskMedia news agency, the regional tourism development program has been operational since the beginning of 2025. At the moment, the region provides 16 targeted subsidies.
In the first area of subsidies, entrepreneurs are allocated funds for the creation of tourist housing, and specialized infrastructure projects are being funded. In the second area, assistance is provided to municipalities. Territories can develop event tourism and create new recreational areas. The third area covers the social sphere. The leader of this trend is school trips. 7.5 thousand schoolchildren visit the territory of the Krasnoyarsk Territory every year.
In mid-February, a mobile platform for visiting specially protected natural areas (protected areas) The Green Button summed up its work for 2025 and the first months of 2026. Last year, Smolenskoye Poozerye National Park joined the system, and in February 2026, with the grant support of the Presidential Nature Foundation, the list included the Ugra National Park in the Kaluga Region, as well as three territories of the Vladimir Region: the Dyukinsky and Klyazminsko-Luhsky nature reserves and the Bogolyubovsky Meadow historical and landscape complex.". In addition, the Stolby and Shushensky Bor National parks, the Sayano-Shushensky Nature Reserve and the Ergaki Nature Park in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, which won the Presidential Nature Foundation grant competition, will be connected to the platform in the near future.
