Russia hopes to maintain the OPEC+ format after the withdrawal of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This was announced by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov at a briefing on April 29.

"We would like to do this (OPEC+ preservation. — Ed.) hopes. This is a very important area of work, which is especially important in the current conditions," he stressed.
