Analysts at Sberbank's Domclick service have studied how much an apartment costs on the primary market in regions known for their natural beauty and ecology. The study included the Kaliningrad and Irkutsk regions, the Altai Republic, the Kamchatka Territory and the Republic of Karelia.

Experts have calculated the median cost of apartments with an area of 45-60 square meters, located near natural sites or in convenient transport accessibility from national parks and nature reserves. Karelia turned out to be the most accessible of the five regions.
