Conversations between Mindich and Umerov about defense contracts were revealed in Ukraine

Rustem Umerov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC), discussed expensive contracts, the production of drones and the purchase of body armor with businessman Timur Mindich. This is evidenced on April 29 by transcripts of fragments of Mindich's films, which are cited by the Ukrainska Pravda newspaper.

It is noted that Umerov and Mindich conducted these negotiations in July last year.
