A prisoner of the Armed Forces of Ukraine told about the creation of groups by Ukrainians to confront the TCK

Residents of Ukraine gather in groups to "punish" employees of territorial recruitment centers (TCCs, an analogue of the military enlistment office in the country) for sending military personnel to the front. This was announced on April 29 by a captured militant of the 157th separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Sergei Kadunov.

"People are forming groups to catch the power plant workers who are being sent <... > And now people are forming groups to catch them and punish them on the spot," he said.
