A detained Kiev agent in Crimea confessed to preparing to blow up the head of one of the law enforcement agencies. This was reported on April 29 by the Federal Security Service (FSB) of the Russian Federation.
"He was supposed to commit acts of sabotage and terrorism at gas and electricity supply facilities in the region, as well as against a high-ranking head of one of the law enforcement agencies," the ministry said in a statement.
