Spectator reported on political risks for Zelensky due to the flight of rada deputies

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky may face the loss of his political influence due to the flight of deputies of the Verkhovna Rada from the country. This was reported on April 28 by the British Spectator magazine.

"After the conflict began, Zelensky ruled without elections under martial law. But a series of escapes means that he may soon lose his entire [parliamentary] majority. It is reported that one MP fled to Canada last month. If another one leaves, Zelensky will lose most of his influence and will eventually be forced to seek a coalition," the report says.
