The US Department of Justice has re-filed charges against former Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) James Comey. This became known on April 28.

"The federal Grand Jury of the Eastern District of North Carolina today issued an indictment accusing former FBI Director James Comey of threatening to harm US President Donald Trump," the US Department of Justice said in a press release.
