The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) struck a social facility in the village of Dobroye, Belgorod region, with two aerial bombs, injuring two people. This was announced on April 28 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"The armed forces of Ukraine launched a terrorist attack using two guided aerial bombs. The enemy purposefully hit a social facility in the village of Dobroye in the Grayvoronsky district. Two men received barotrauma, mine-blast injuries, bruises to their backs and legs," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Gladkov added that the victims were hospitalized in the Grayvoron Central District Hospital (CRH). Doctors assess their condition as moderate in severity. They will undergo further treatment at the Belgorod city hospital.

As a result of the Ukrainian Armed Forces strike, the building of the social facility was partially destroyed, the governor concluded.

The Governor of the Zaporizhia region, Yevgeny Balitsky, announced on the same day that the Ukrainian Armed Forces had attacked the village of Stulnevo in the Chernihiv Municipal District of the Zaporizhia region, injuring four people, including a child. According to him, the strikes were carried out using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) on private households. As a result of the attack, three houses were damaged.
