According to the journalist, among the proposals there is a cancellation of the search for draft dodgers, as well as a transition to a more targeted set of citizens by age — 25 years or more, and specific specialties.
Zelensky's former press secretary, Yulia Mendel, said on April 19 that the Ukrainian population was unhappy with the forced mobilization on the streets of the country, and everyone was ready to compromise to achieve peace with Russia. Mendel added that everyone she knows would agree to find a negotiated solution to achieve peace between the two countries as soon as possible.
