The death toll from a fire in a building under construction in Moscow has increased to five.

Five people died as a result of a fire in a building under construction in the north of Moscow. This was announced on April 28 by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

"At the moment, 31 people have been rescued by firefighters using rescue devices. Nine people are being examined by medics. Unfortunately, five people died," the report says.
