The Investigative Committee (IC) has opened a criminal case on safety violations following a fire in a building under construction in northern Moscow that killed three people. This was reported on April 28 in the press service of the GSU of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the capital.

"A criminal case has been opened into a fire in a building under construction in the north of the capital, where three people were killed, on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Article 216 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of safety rules during construction work, which negligently resulted in the death of two or more persons")," the agency said in a message "Max"
