The Moscow City Court will consider a protocol drawn up against rapper Ganvest (real name Ruslan Gominov) about possible drug propaganda. This was confirmed on Tuesday, April 28, by materials available to Izvestia.
According to the documents, a court hearing on this matter is scheduled for Thursday, May 12. The press service of the Moscow City Court confirmed the receipt of the administrative case to Izvestia.
In the same month, Ganvest was fined 95 thousand rubles for insulting human dignity and public morality, which he allowed in his compositions. Law enforcement officials told Izvestia that they had received numerous appeals from Russians demanding that the distribution of the artist's songs be banned.
On April 14, rapper Guf was also fined 10,000 rubles by a Moscow court for non-payment of another parking fine on time. This singer was brought to administrative responsibility in accordance with Part 2 of Article 8.14 of the Moscow City Law ("Non-payment for placing a vehicle in a paid city parking lot").
