The Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked a drone of the Ministry of Emergency Situations during extinguishing a fire in the LPR

Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were attacked by a drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) while extinguishing dry vegetation in the Luhansk People's Republic (LNR). This was announced on April 28 in the Main Directorate (GU) of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the region.

"Near the village of Smolyaninovo, dry vegetation caught fire in an open area. Rescuers arrived to extinguish the fire. During their work, they were subjected to a targeted drone attack," the ministry said in a statement on the Maks messenger.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations clarified that no one was injured in the attack. However, special equipment was significantly damaged, including a fire tanker truck.

A new rotation of IAEA experts is also planned.

On the same day, three civilians were killed as a result of attacks by drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the Belgorod region. In addition, three more people were injured due to the Ukrainian attacks.
